You do know when you are ready to get back to the gym. You just know when you have got to that point. No-one else but you can get you there. When you’re ready to take on the challenge of getting fit you just know. No-one stumbles into a gym like you find a bar on a night out. The time comes when you start to believe. Believe in yourself. The time when you start to think about what you are eating and trying to get a little more active. We know it’s not rocket science. Such a simple equation but so difficult to grasp. Eat less + move more = fabulous. You also know how wonderful you will feel once you have taken that class or hit the gym or even gone for a little jog around the block. It really is time to get back to the gym.
