2. Wardrobe SOS
Each morning you admire the beautiful and stylish range of clothes in your wardrobe. These are no longer your clothes. These belong to the old you, the one that went to the gym, stayed fit and healthy and simply glowed. Your wardrobe knows it and laughs in your face every time you open the doors. Conspiring against you only allowing you to wear a small selection of slimming black clothes. Filled with negativity simply by opening the wardrobe doors you ride an emotional rollercoaster before you’ve even left your bedroom. All those beautiful clothes longing to be worn, begging you to try harder, take the stairs,  or make a salad. Yet you still gave in and had a doughnut at lunch to celebrate Cathy, or was it Claire in Human Resource’s birthday. Turn it on its head though and you can gain strength and motivation from those clothes. Make that wardrobe work for you. Get it to encourage you, to tell you to train, work out, run, dance, be active. Time to get back to the gym. No doughnuts.
