When a simple flight of stairs becomes both a mental and physical stumbling block you know this it really is time to get back to the gym
Yep, us too, there’s no more sticking our head in the sand. We can say yes to at least one of these ‘5 ways you know you need to get back to the gym’, so we’re dusting off our trainers and going back, we promise!
1. Mamma Mia
Do you take the seat or do you burst into tears and bolt? It has to be an all-time low when you’re offered a seat on a bus because someone thinks you are with child. Your muffin top has become more three-tier wedding cake and you now know squeezing yourself into your Chelsea turn-ups this morning was a big mistake. You take the seat even getting into the role by rubbing your tummy (otherwise known as a food baby) but inside you are crying, sobbing, screaming. Time to get back to the gym.
