Motivation
Getting up in the morning can be a struggle. Getting up in the morning when you know you have a day of hard work ahead of you is even harder. But if those things on that list get done, you’ll be less stressed. Your emotional wellbeing will go through the roof.

The Daily Boost is a 10 minute-ish podcast with an American guy talking to you about being happy and motivated. Cheesy, we know. But he’s just so happy, and so uplifting. There is a bit of jargon at the beginning, which sounds rather nonsensical, but just wait for the main event – it’s worth it.
