Laughing makes people happy and it’s as infectious as a cold, but obviously much more enjoyable. It eases tension and releases endorphins that make you feel more intimate and comfortable with others.
There are many comedy podcasts to have a go with, and it really depends what you find funny. There is something for everyone. One of my personal favourites is The Ricky Gervais Show. I know, a cliché. But it’s hilarious.
