Jar Kitchen

It’s not easy to find a restaurant in central London that serves fresh, organic fare without breaking the bank, so Jar Kitchen definitely stands out. Located on Drury Lane, the café-style restaurant offers a variety of dishes at a reasonable price. The main salad – with chantenay carrots, pomegranate, almonds and coconut yoghurt – is delicious for those who fancy a light dinner. But if you’re fuelling yourself for a long night ahead, hearty dishes include the cannon of lamb with asparagus and rosemary, red snapper ceviche with grapefruit and jalapeños and aubergine with labneh, turmeric and chickpeas. And get this – it’s open from 10am to 11pm from Tuesday to Saturday (with a brunch offering on the Saturday). Result!
