Kale Salad

Rawligion

The backstory to the eatery is an inspiring one, which could explain the passion behind the brand and concept. After suffering much strain and stress from his occupation, ex-professional poker player John Tabatabai turned to raw food and his health improved massively. Keen to spread the good word on eating raw, Tabatabai opened Rawligion, a fast-casual restaurant that serves not only fresh, local and seasonal produce, but also a selection of innovative drinks.

So once you’ve eaten the homemade ‘gRAWnola’ or the exciting salads (including a cauliflower ‘sushi’ with seaweed caviar), why not relax with a ‘Pretty in Pink’ – rose, burdock, aloe, pomegranate (and more) – in hand? Or if you’re more of a coffee person, head over to the Oji Cold Drip Tower – handmade from Tokyo – for the ultimate cup of cold drip artisan coffee? It may not be open until wild hours, but if you work nearby, it’s worth popping in for an after-work tipple.
