9. Make a song and dance of it

Sing and dance. Singing improves breathing by exercising the lungs and intercostal muscles, and opening the airways. The increased aerobic capacity improves circulation, benefitting the heart and muscles. Dancing is also a great fitness-booster, getting the blood pumping and toning your muscles. The most important benefit of the two is that they make us happy by energising the body, releasing endorphins and triggering feelings of connectivity.
