Who said you had to step into the cold to exercise? ‘Around new year a lot of fantastic workout DVDs come out – they’re especially good for rainy days,’ Joanna shares. It means you can save time travelling to and from the gym and will also eventually save you money. ‘Instead of sitting on the sofa to watch TV, put on your favourite workout DVD,’ she adds. ‘Exercises like planks and press-ups will also help you tone up and can be easily done in the comfort of your sitting room in just a few minutes.’
