10. Recovery

Recovery from a hard session is one of the most important parts of training. ‘Rest and allowing your body to recover is important, as the benefits from exercise don’t actually come from exercising but the period that follows,’ Sapan explains. ‘It’s your body’s adaptation to exercise during rest that really counts.’
