Drink plenty of water

It’s easy to forget to drink enough water through the day – Malvina advises to, ‘Take a bottle of water with you while you are out and about to hydrate your skin and increase cell production. Go that one step further and drink coconut water as it includes electrolytes, which contains sodium and potassium salts to replenish the body.’
