1. Brush up

Using a body brush is great for buffing up beautiful skin and can really help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Manager of Temple Spa Training and Treatment Development, Katie McCaffrey says: ‘Your skin is a major organ of elimination and when dead skin cells build up they reduce your ability to naturally detoxify. Dry skin brushing not only gives you smoother skin, but boosts lymphatic flow and circulation. Brush for about five minutes. Use firm strokes up the body – from feet to hip, wrist to shoulder, back and front.’
