 Wax whack

A bad wax job, whether done at home or in a salon, can be a cause of both mental and physical ARGH. The lessons learned from Khloe’s unfortunate experience are a) make sure the wax isn’t too hot and b) don’t let Kourtney anywhere near your bikini line. Oh and c), if you do get nether region burns, don’t smother them in butter. Instead, if you can bear it, use a cool pack to calm the area. Then opt for a straightforward antiseptic like Sudocrem (£2.99) which is good for minor burns. Obviously if the skin is badly hurt, always head doctorwards.

For standard irritated post-wax skin, red dots and in-grown hairs I like to use Dexem Cream (£5.99) which is hormone-, steroid- and fragrance-free and works wonders at calming small patches of angry skin. But my main advice is: don’t let a Kardashian wax you.
