Want to get fitter, faster and go further out on the road? Try this conditioning workout to boost your run
It might feel like it’s all legs out there when you’re pounding around the park, but loads of the power generated while you’re running comes from the core, too. That’s why it’s important to get your core conditioned to take you further. You’ll find that as your core tires, your legs start to feel heavier and your strides get shorter – not to mention your posture worsens and everything begins to work inefficiently. Hardly what you envisioned when lacing up, right?
Try these strength and conditioning moves for your core and lower body to start smashing those runs and hitting new PBs.
