If you think you’re done with 5Ks and want to progress onto something a little more challenging, then the 10K running plan is for you. Doubling your distance can seem a little daunting, but that’s what we’re here for. As long as you take your training seriously, there’s no reason why you can’t blitz that run and get your best time on race day. Don’t forget – you can’t out-train a bad diet so make sure you’re fuelling up on foods that’ll give you sustenance throughout your run. Check out fitness pro Paul Kenny’s 10K training plans for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels over 6 weeks. He’s even thrown in a few top tips to help you on your way. Good luck!
