-Great tasting
In a nutshell
A superfood protein blend made from pea and brown rice protein. The powder – available in vanilla or chocolate – is easily mixed with water or milk, or added to a smoothie.
Why we like it
Protein powders have come a long way and Innermost’s The Health One is the perfect example. Despite being free from artificial flavour and aspartame, it has a pleasant taste – strong, but not overpowering or overly sweet, which is something many protein powders are guilty of. Although the protein content (31g per serving) is high enough to make it a perfect post-workout recovery shake, this powder is so much more, boasting superfoods like acai, glutamine and shiitake, all of which help to support overall health – so this is a great choice for everyone.
The details
-Complete protein from high-quality vegan sources
-31g of protein per serving (based on the vanilla version)
-Highly bioavailable, therefore easily to digest
