This delicious superfood blueberry and avocado sundae crams six impressive foods into one simple, heavenly recipe. Ingredients
(serves 1)
1 very ripe avocado
1 very ripe banana
5 brazil nuts
1tsp (heaped) of cacao powder
A drop of honey
A handful of blueberries
100ml almond milk
3tbsp of chia seeds
Method
Blitz the avocado, banana, brazil nuts, cacao and honey in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Stir the chia seeds into a glass of almond milk and leave them to expand and set.
Spoon the two mixtures into a glass jar, layering with fresh blueberries.
Serve as a dessert or a deliciously indulgent dessert or superfood breakfast.
