Gnocchi, kale and mozzarella bake

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (Serves 2)

500g pack essential Waitrose Gnocchi

100g kale 350g tub Waitrose Cherry Tomato & Basil Sauce

½ x 25g pack basil, shredded

½ x 150g pack essential Waitrose Italian Mozzarella Cherries, drained and halved

Method

Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7.

Cook the gnocchi and kale in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain and return to the pan. Add the tomato and basil sauce and heat for 1 minute. Stir in the basil.

Transfer to an ovenproof dish and scatter over the mozzarella cherries. Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
