Leg raise
Instructions:
Lie on your back with your palms on the floor, either under your bottom or by your sides.
Keeping legs straight raise them up the ceiling.
Slowly lower them without shifting the upper half of the body or arching the lower back.
When they’re almost on the ground, raise them again and repeat.
Top tip:
Don’t lower them as much if you feel the strain in your lower back
