Whether you are the bride, bridesmaid, or simply a guest, EVERYONE wants to look their best when attending a wedding. Try this awesome wedding workout to make you feel a million dollars on W-Day. Combine this wedding workout with healthy eating, drinking lots of water and good nights’ sleep and you’ll feel and look fab.
There is no equipment required for this wedding workout circuit. Just grab a towel, some water, and your favourite music.
Perform 2 circuits in total, each circuit has 4 drills.
Each drill will be thirty seconds long.
After you complete the first set of 4 moves, take a 30-second recovery.
Repeat 3 times before you move onto the second circuit.
This workout format is very similar to that of INSANITY LIVE, which can be found in a gym near you.
