Okay, then it’s time to step up to the one-handed version – it’ll force your core to work harder to stabilise your midline, and it’s a great way to work up to the much-trickier (and lung-scorching) kettlebell snatch. One word of advice – keep your non-swinging hand active, not just flopping around or resting on your leg.
