Change the plank for…the plank shoulder tap
If you can hold a plank for two minutes, it’s time to change things up. Adding a shoulder-tap will force your core to work harder, challenge your coordination, and help your proprioception. Pro tip: try to keep your body in the same position throughout – tilting over to one side as you shoulder-tap is definitely cheating.
