Russian twist
Sit on the floor with knees bent, feet slightly raised and your upper body leant back slightly. Hold a medicine ball or weight with both hands, close to your body.
Twist your upper body to the left, bringing the weight close to the floor.
Twist to the right, bringing the weight close to the floor on the other side.
Repeat.
Reps: 10 on each side
