No longer is it just a choice of gentle hatha versus powerful ashtanga either. You can try Voga (yoga combined with Madonna’s Vogue), boxing yoga, and even yoga dating. Natalie runs sunrise and sunset classes in various locations across London, drawing influences from Iyengar, ashtanga, and anusara yoga, as well as capoeira. Founder of True Yoga Collective, Natalie would encourage people to take up yoga in 2015 as ‘Yoga is a wonderful way to improve your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. With regular practice your body becomes fit, toned and flexible, and every system of your body will function better.
