Try some spooky spin for Halloween

Attention spin addicts! It’s almost Halloween, so now’s the time to pick your costume and then book your place at Edge Cycle, for the special, Halloween-themed spin session – followed by a frightfully fun party.

On Friday 30 October, the spin session will start at 7:30pm, and the after party will carry on until the small hours. And it’s time to forget about the practicalities of sportswear and get your creative juices flowing. We’re thinking a skeleton cyclist, an intimidating redneck biker or a maybe everyone’s fave alien, ET?

For the £15 entrance fee, you’ll get your first drink free, as well as snacks and other Halloween goodies. And don’t feel too guilty about devouring the snacks – as one session of spin can burn up to 1000 calories! The best bit? You can bring a friend along for free.
