4. Try AMRAP
Sticking to the same sets and reps structure can cause your brain and body to switch off. Set the timer for a certain amount of minutes and perform AMRAP – as many reps as possible – of a given move within that time period. That way, you’ll be time-pressured, pushing you to leave your comfort zone. Then rest for the same amount of time and repeat with another move.
