2. MyFitnessPal
If you’re after something a little less prescriptive to help keep you on the straight and narrow, MyFitnessPal will do just that, acting as a calorie counter as well as a tool to track your eating and exercise habits. It even calculates the calories consumed and burned for the food you eat and exercise you do, respectively. This’ll be your new motivational go-to.

For those who are looking for proper progression, Strava uses a GPS system to track your cycles and runs.
