Goblet squat
Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell in front of you – if it’s a kettlebell, hold it by the ‘horns’, for a dumbbell, hold it like a goblet – with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed slightly out.
Sit back and down into a squat, letting the weight of the dumbbell pull you down until you can touch the insides of your knees with your elbows. Keep your weight on your heels as you stand back up.
Top tip:
Use this move as a weighted stretch by hanging out in the bottom position for 10-15 seconds.
