Bulgarian Split Squat
Start with one foot flat on the floor and the top of your other food resting on a bench or chair behind you.
Bend your front leg until the knee of your trailing leg is just above the floor, pause, and then press back up, keeping your weight on your heel.
Top tip:
Keep your chest up!
