Walking lunge

Instructions
Start with your feet together, holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides.
Take a large step forwards and bend both knees until about 90 degrees, your back knee just above the floor. Continue walking forward.
Top tip:
Make sure your knees don’t go over your toes when you’re in the lunge.
