Instructions
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms by your sides, palms of hands facing each other.
Without jerking your body, simultaneously raise both dumbbells up and out to the sides until they reach shoulder-height, keeping just a slight bend in the elbows.
Slowly lower and repeat.
Top tip:
Don’t strain your neck or hunch your shoulders
