2. Reset burpee The best workouts all get your heart rate going and this move guarantees just that! Jump up as high as you can and squat down as you land, bringing your hands down to either side of your knees. Proceed to jump the legs straight back into a high plank with your toes curled under, then lower yourself slowly to the ground, keeping the elbows tucked into your sides in the process to work the backs of your arms. When you’re down flat, fully extend your arms to a T shape and raise your chest a few inches off the ground to engage your back.
