10. Nike + Training Club
Last, but certainly not least, is the Nike + Training Club app. It’s basically like having a personal trainer, on call, 24 hours a day. Choose between programmes to get you lean, toned, and strong or focused, with each different section featuring long lists of various different workouts at either 30 or 45 minutes, and some targeted workout blasts at just 15 minutes. You can specify what level of training you’re at right now – beginner, intermediate, or advanced – so the workouts are targeted at your level and then change it according to your progress. We love the way you can also sync your iTunes account to the app and choose your own playlist to work out to.
