If you fancy squeezing in some time-efficient exercise in the run-up to your summer getaway, this is the 15-minute workout you should be doing: a whole-body sculpting session. Perform two or three times a week and you’ll feel fitter and firmer.
Squat jump rotations
Standing with your legs shoulder-width apart, feet facing out as if in a plié, squat your bum down to just below level with your knees. Aim to almost rock back onto your heels. Drive up to standing, bum cheeks tensing at the top of the movement. Repeat the action but this time push back up to standing, jump up, simultaneously spinning 180 degrees and landing into a squat.
