Follow the exercises below set by set, then when you reach the final move, come all the way back down to the first.
10 Burpees
Instructions:
Crouch down placing your hands flat on the floor then jump the legs back into a plank position.
Jump the legs back in towards your hands then jump up high into the air to finish off the burpee.
Land softly and repeat.
Top tip:
Try to flow smoothly from one movement to the next.
