Stability ball hamstring curl – great for the bum!
Instructions:
Lie on the floor with feet resting on the ball. Keep arms flat on the floor for support.
In one motion, lift your hips off the floor and roll the ball in towards your back. Keep your hips as extended as possible throughout.
Return to the start and repeat.
