5. Be creative

If you’re really struggling for time, try working out during your lunch break or at home. PT Sajan Seghal explains that even a 20-minute workout can be an effective way to train. ‘Tabata or a HIIT class or a home DVD is a great start. This will make sure you use your time effectively.’ You can even use your home as a gym says Carly. ‘Try some step ups and tricep dips off the sofa, press-ups, lunges and jogging on the spot all in the comfort of your own home. These can be quick bodyweight drills that will make you feel good, burn calories and lift your heart rate.
