Walking lunge
Instructions
Hold a dumbbell in each hand, then take a large step forwards, bending both legs until both are at right angles and the back knee is almost touching the floor.
Push up and step the back foot in front to go straight into another rep, moving forwards.
Keep repeating.

Top tip
Keep your body upright throughout.
