Instructions
Start in a high plank position, holding a dumbbell in each hand on the floor directly under shoulders. Keep feet hip-width apart or wider.
Without tilting the hips, row one dumbbell up to your side.
Lower and repeat on the opposite side for the next rep.
Top tip
Keep the core engaged to prevent your hips from dropping lower than the rest of the body.
