Split squat
Instructions
Holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides, stand with one foot a large step in front of the other.
Bend both legs until the back knee almost touches the floor.
Push back up to the start and repeat.
Top tip
Both knees should be at about 90 degrees at the bottom of the move. You may need to adjust their distance accordingly.
