Sometimes you just want to get in and out of the gym quick smart, no faffing around or over-complicating things. If you’re rushed for time and feeling a little lacklustre for inspo, just grab a pair of dumbbells and smash out a speedy workout with this dumbbell complex.
A complex is a workout that uses just one piece of kit performing moves back to back until they’re done. No changing equipment, no hanging about.
Do 10 reps of these moves – which work the upper and lower body – back to back with the same dumbbells, 5 times. Simples!
