Instructions
Hold a dumbbell in each hand in front of the shoulders, palms facing each other.
Push them up to the ceiling by extended your arms, rotating the dumbbells as you do so, so that your palms end up facing forwards.
Reverse the movement to lower and repeat.
Top tip:
Don’t arch your lower back as you raise the dumbbells.
