Instructions
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended to the floor, palms facing you.
Without jerking your body, simultaneously raise both dumbbells up until they reach shoulder-height, keeping just a slight bend in the elbows.
Slowly lower and repeat.
Top tip:
Try not to hunch your shoulders.
