Not only are apps a great way to kickstart your fitness mojo for the new year, but they’re also a super-cheap alternative to a gym membership. Most apps don’t even cost a penny, and the ones that do tend to still be a great deal.
There are plenty of user-friendly apps out there, with some offering workout tutorials for target areas while others provide intense sessions or month-long plans – there’s something for everyone.
