Biceps curl

Instructions

Stand holding the ends of the band in each hand with arms by your sides, the middle of the band hooked under your foot.

Keeping upper arms still, bend the elbows to curl the ends of the band up to your shoulders.

Lower and repeat.

Top tip:

Keep your elbows close to the body throughout
