Resistance band workout

Instructions
Start in a high plank position with a band around your upper back, hands on the ends. At this top position, there should be resistance in the band.
Bend your arms to lower you chest to the floor.
Push back up to the start and repeat.
Top tip:
Keep your body in a straight line, keeping hips in line throughout the motion
