Plank extension

Reps: 20

Instructions

Start in a low plank position with elbows on a stability ball and feet on the floor.

Gently nudge the ball away from you as far as comfortable and immediately bring it back to the start, then repeat, maintaining a straight line from shoulders to heels throughout.

Top tip:

Keep your shoulders away from the ears and don’t hunch the upper back.
