Reps: 10

Instructions

Keeping a bend in the knees, hinge forwards at the hip keeping your back flat and hold a barbell with both hands, letting your arms hang straight.

Keeping your elbows close to your sides, row the barbell up towards your body.

Slowly lower and repeat.

Top tip:

Look straight in front of you and keep your shoulders back.
