Starting to get your butt into gear for those Christmas dos? Try this party season workout to get you in LBD-worthy shape in no time.
Seems like we’ve only stopped stressing over beach bodies, right? The Christmas period is way more relaxed, but if you want to get into your best shape before rocking that party dress, then you’ve come to the right place. We’re not saying you shouldn’t enjoy a mulled wine or two, snack away on some canapés and tuck into that Christmad pud – but sticking to an exercise routine will not only help you get through it all guilt-free, it’ll also get you looking amazing in your glad rags too.
Try 30 seconds of each of these moves non-stop, only stopping to rest once one set of each move is complete. Rest for a minute and repeat 3-5 times, depending on time and experience.
