4. Leg Raises
Lie flat on the floor raise your legs up in the air, keeping your back flat and arms beside you on the floor.
Raise your legs up towards the ceiling keeping them as straight as possible.
Then lower your legs to about an inch off the floor, then repeat, slowly taking the legs from high in the air to just above the ground.
Top tip:
Ensure your abs are engaged throughout and your back remains flat on the floor
